Even though winter events often lean into the traditional snowy vibe, this mitzvah girl who loved skiing and winter adventures wanted her celebration to be EXTRA glamorous. In a smaller, intimate venue, Debbie & Richie Hart, along with their team; transformed the space into a sleek, luxurious winter wonderland. Right from the start, guests were enveloped in the theme. In the hallway, 50 feet of sumptuous white velvet drape set a sophisticated tone, while a pristine white carpet walkway accentuated with white trees, glimmering disco balls, snow branches, and carefully placed lighting guided the way. A strategically positioned snow machine added a playful touch, giving everyone a sprinkle of winter magic as they arrived. As guests strolled along the path, costumed models in furry white outfits greeted them with signature cocktails. Upon opening the French doors, the ballroom revealed its dramatic transformation; walls draped in white velvet, bathed in a palette of crisp whites, soft light “icey”blues, and mirrored accents. Disco balls hung from the chandeliers, casting just the right amount of twinkle to elevate the space. For the adult tables, Debbie envisioned a comfortable yet elegant setup. White buclay chairs and mirror tables allowed each centerpiece to reflect the intricate details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dance floor was a showstopper. A three-layered design featuring a white background, a mirrored snowflake pattern, and, atop it all, the guest of honor’s initial from her name illuminated in bright blue. In every detail, the celebration achieved the perfect balance of cozy intimacy and glamorous sophistication.
