Our planning fee starts at $7,500, and travel expenses for our team to reach your destination are additional. The planning fee covers our time, expertise, vendor coordination, contract review, timeline creation, and day-of execution, but it doesn’t include the actual vendor costs themselves—your venue rental, catering, florals, photography, entertainment, and other services are paid directly to those vendors. Similarly, guest accommodations and travel are typically the responsibility of your guests, though we can help coordinate room blocks and group rates to make their travel more affordable. Some couples choose to cover certain guest expenses like welcome bags, group transportation, or specific events, but those are optional additions to your budget. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide complete transparency about what’s included in our planning services versus what represents additional investment, so you can budget accurately from the start.
