Caylaween Fright Night Bat Mitzvah

Caylaween Fright Night Bat Mitzvah

There’s no better time of year for a costume party than Halloween—and this mitzvah celebration delivered on every spooky detail. With a birthday falling on Halloween and a true love for dressing up, the vision was clear from the start. Together; Debbie Hart and her clients marinated ideas into the perfect concept: a costume party with an elevated, spooky undertone—no predictable pumpkins or bedsheet ghosts. The ballroom was transformed into The “House of Caylaween”, where guests wandered through the space as if exploring a haunted mansion, discovering room after room of jaw-dropping surprises. Vintage furniture, a massive video wall looping eerie Halloween clips and custom graphics, and a glowing red infinity dance floor set the tone—this was anything but an ordinary dress-up party. Zombie-filled “windows” looked like they were dying to get in, while low-lying dry ice crept across the floors, creating the sense that the unknown was always just around the corner. Giant trees with oversized branches—draped in bats and spiders—intertwined seamlessly with the seating areas, wrapping the room in atmospheric drama. From wax hands and an immersive photo booth to a fortune teller and a crane packed with fun treats, there were plenty of tricks up our sleeves—making Caylaween a hauntingly unforgettable celebration.
